The method consists in measuring the potential difference between two electrodes dipped in the liquid to be tested. The measurement is carried out by using a suitable pH-meter, a glass electrode and a calomel electrode. The preparation of sample depends on the product to be tested, such as liquid products, thick products, frozen products, dried products.
