Specifies a method for the quantitative determination of materials, which can be extracted from raw and synthetic rubber and its vulcanized or non-vulcanized mixtures. The principle of extraction, the quality of the solvent and the apparatuses to be used are described. Three figures show the construction of various extraction vessels.
