Drawn up for the protection of life and limb and the health of the individual and also for the prevention of damage to property. Applicable to new refrigerating plants, extensions and modifications of already existing plants and for used plants on being transferred to and operated on another site. Conversions of and changes to existing plants shall be carried out only by the manufacturer or a competent installer.
