| Описание (англ.): | Specifies a small-scale laboratory procedure for comparing the relative burning behaviour. Determines the afterflame and afterglow times of specimens. A classification system described in annex A is intended for quality control and preselection of materials. The principle consistsin supporting a test specimen and exposing the free end to two successive applications of a specified gas flame. The orientation of the sample, the application of flame and the indication of flame distance are shown in figures. The burning behaviour is assessed by measuring the corresponding afterflame and afterglow times. |
