Specifies a procedure for determining the steady state directional response of passenger cars, as defined in ISO 3833, by measuring the steady state cornering behaviour which is one of the factors composing vehicle dynamics and road holding properties. Annex A contains general data; the presentation of results is given in annex B; annex C includes processing of test data; the determination of overall (static)steering ratio is given in annex D; annex E contains the terminology.
