Gives a guidance concerning the methods for exposition of plastics specimens to laboratory light sources in order to assess changes produced by such exposure, optionally combined with the effect of moisture or water spray. The following types of light sources are included: Xenon arc lamp, enclosed carbon arc lamp and open flame carbon arc lamp. A description of the use of blue dyed wool standard tomeasure light dosage and information concerning exposure to light from fluorescent tube lamps are given in annexes.
