This Guide contains guidelines for the preparation of procedures and methods by which a testing laboratory describes those measures which it intends to employ to achieve its quality objective and give confidence to its work. It is intended as guidance to the laboratory in the development of its own quality system and in the preparation of a quality manual that describes the elements and functioning of thatsystem. The annex gives a list of subjects to be considered in the preparation of the manual.
