Specified are containers which protect the product and do not cause changes in it. Suitable are containers of metal, glass and plastics. Metal containers may consist of iron and must be completely tinned or covered on the inside with email or be produced of copper, tinned copper or tinplate. If the containers are filled, 5 to 10 % of the volume must be kept free. Closures can be made of cork, glass or any other suitable material.
