Adds text to the subclauses 9.3.5, 17.2, to table 10, replaces text in subclauses 18.3.9, 18.5, 18.5.4, changes text in table 10, inserts an new subclause 18.5.5 and a new annex G, and renumbers existing annexes G and H to H and I. Annex G deals with the use of O/R addresses by multinational organizations.
