Specifies special tests for the verification of stability of these trucks. Applies to the following trucks: a) Counterbalanced fork lift trucks with tilting masts, up to and including 10000 kg manufacturer's rated capacity; b) Reach (retractable masts or forks) and straddle fork lift trucks with tilting masts, up to and including 5000 kg manufacturer's rated capacity; c)Pallet stackers and high lift platform trucks with tilting masts up to and including 5000 kg manufacturer's rated capacity.
