Measurement of the thickness of conditionded test specimens any suitable apparatus having measuring faces of least 6 mm diameter capable of exerting a pressure of 50 kPa. The instrument shall be accurate to within +- 0,001 mm. The thickness is reported as the arithmetic mean of ten measurements expressed in millimetres to the nearest 0,01 mm.
