Describes geometrical tests and the corresponding permissible deviations of these normal accuracy chucks. This chuck has a relatively large stroke which allows a quick adaption to the most varied sizes of workpieces without dismounting. ISO 3089 deals only with the inspection of the rotational accuracy of the chuck, the straightening and the centring of workpieces. It does not apply to other dynamic qualities.
