This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (i.e. ISO 3004-4:1980). This part of ISO 3004 lays down the capacities for round and rectangular cans. For round cans, the diameters related to the capacities are also given, in accordance with ISO 1361. Can measurements are given in accordance with the requirements laid down in ISO 90-1.
