Specifies requirements for all components and equipment contained in these zones which are designated and constructed to provide a level of resistance to fire not less than the specified minimum. Is additional to those specified in ISO 7137, which permits the use of EUROCAE/ED 14A(RTCA/DO-160A) as an International Standard. Does not relate to the resistance to fire outside these zones, nor toflammability requirements, nor to torching flame resistance.
