Sets out the basic minimum requirements for the specification and testing of the above mentioned containers suitable for the carriage of gases, liquids and solid substances which may be loaded or unloaded as liquids either for gravity or pressure discharge. These requirements may be considered suitable as a guide for design and testing of tank-type dry-bulk containers or of dual purpose tank containers.
