Provides guidance to organizing their work for the authors of technical and, in particular, standardized vocabularies. Establishes the principal steps of work on a vocabulary has to pass through: determination of the field of study including selection of languages and number of notions to be incorporated, use of sources of information, preparation of the manuscript, discussion of the manuscript, compilation of alphabetic indexes, publication.
