Specifies testing procedures in the laboratory and applies to burners of the monobloc type as such, generally intended for space-heating appliances and hence releasing energy in combustion chambers at comparatively low temperatures. Does not apply to burners forming part of an assembly boiler/heatexchanger constituting a packaged boiler, because in this case the whole assembly would be the subject of tests.
