The Standard specifies the following characteristics of the oil. Appearance: Mobile liquid. Colour: From greenish-yellow to reddish-orange, according to the degree of ripeness of the fruit, with a ligth blue fluorescence. Odour: Characteristic, recalling that of mandarin peel. Relative density at 20/20
