Specifies the limit (minimum or maximum) of size to ensure co-ordination and interchangeability of the components of kitchen equipment as referred to in ISO 3055. Covers only certain sizes having a special importance for the assembly. The problem of manufacturing dimensions and tolerances as regards kitchen equipment is to be studied in more detail in the future.
