Specifies a method of desingnation for unsaturated polyester resins, based on properties before and after polymerisation. The object of this designation method is to allocate to each commercial product a group of letters and digits, giving in a coded form certain information on the product: Commercial type, approximate values of principal properties and preferred processing methods. Examples of the coded designation are given.
