Specifies a method for coating materials and related products. It should be read in conjunction with ISO 1512 and ISO 2811. The principle of the procedure consists in weighing the container and contents to accuracy of 0,2 %, emptying out the contents of the container, cleaning them with an appropriate solvent and weighing the empty container with lid. If the volume of the contents is required, take a sample for density determination.
